Health Certificates San Bernardino,, CA

Health Certificates

If you want to travel internationally with your pet, you need to plan ahead. Since each country is different, you will have to contact the embassy or consulate where you are going to find out what you need to do.

Though every country has different requirements, most require a health certificate that is done by a USDA-accredited veterinarian. Luckily, we have a USDA-accredited veterinarian. If you are not a client, you need to make sure you bring your pets’ records in with you to the examination.

At the time of your pets’ examination, we will go over the forms that you need. There are times when we will have to run some tests to ensure that your pet is healthy enough for travel. We may also have to treat your pet prior to traveling.

You will always need a health certificate and proof of vaccination. You may also need a microchip and blood tests. Many countries require that your pet get treated for parasites prior to travel. You may also need certificates for the airplane ride.

Since each country is different and we can’t stay up to date will all of the changes in each one, it is important that you call ahead and know what you need. Then, we will make sure that your pet is all ready to go!

Surgery San Bernardino,, CA

Surgery

We know how stressful it is for a pet to undergo a surgical procedure. To provide peace of mind, we want you to know we use some of the same safety standards used in hospitals that treat human beings. Some of our most common surgeries are:

  • Dental cleanings and procedures
  • Spaying/neutering
  • Orthopedic procedures
  • Wound care
  • Mass removals
  • Gastrointestinal and urinary procedures

Updated Surgical Procedure Policy

Operating Days, Check-In Timing, and Household Limits:

  • Elective Surgeries Schedule: Elective surgeries are only conducted from Tuesday to Friday. We do not perform elective surgeries from Saturday to Monday.

  • Check-In Window: The check-in window is from 6:30 AM to 6:45 AM, Tuesday to Friday. We can accommodate the first 12 surgeries on these days. Arriving before the opening time is recommended to secure your spot.

  • Household Limit: There is a limit of two surgeries per household during our operating days. For instance, if there’s a need to spay or neuter multiple pets, (such as three cats), we cannot accommodate this in a single day. This policy ensures fair access to our services for all clients.

Vaccination Requirements:

  • Proof of Vaccination: All pets must have a valid vaccination record to undergo surgery. This is a strict requirement to ensure all pets’ and staff’s health and safety.

  • Feline Patients: Cats require vaccination at least two weeks before the surgery. This pre-surgery requirement is vital for their safety and health.

Please adhere to these guidelines closely. They are in place to ensure the best care for your pet and equitable service for all our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
